What this site is

CalculatesNow is a collection of 125+ free calculators and converters, with a focus on Indian personal finance — SIP, EMI, FD, PPF, income tax, home loans — alongside health, maths, and everyday tools. Every tool gives an instant answer, explains the formula behind it, and works on any device, even offline.

How our tools are built

Each calculator uses standard, published formulas — the same maths used by banks and regulators — and shows that formula on the page with a worked example. India-specific figures come from official sources such as the RBI, the Income Tax Department, and SEBI. Every tool page carries a “Last updated” date, and we re-check tools when the rules behind them change. The full detail is in our editorial policy.

What we don't do

No sign-ups and no accounts. Calculations run in your browser — the numbers you enter are never stored on our servers. And we don't give advice: our tools are for information and planning, not a substitute for a qualified financial or medical professional.
